The Rise Retreat is an opportunity to be held in a loving space and to be guided in connecting with your Divinity. Come and be held in relaxation, stillness and nourishment and learn how to connect to your inner being through movement, vibration, joy, connection, laugher and creativity so that you can leave feeling as if you can RISE to the next level of your life path with joy and confidence. 
Rise is an opportunity for deep Soul and Spirit nourishment so that you leave feeling refreshed, grounded and reconnected to who you came here to be.
  • Mindset workshops, breathwork, inspirational learning and connection.

  • Time and space to reflect in a beautiful environment, daily movement classes and nourishing food.

  • A variety of different creative workshops...you will leave with a piece of jewellery or art you have created.

You will leave feeling rested, alive and with tools you can bring into the real world to help remain restored, whole and happy.
